It's effective of cleaning carpeted floors however, it's not as effective as the iRobot Roomba i7 when it comes to bare floor performance. The i7 is also better-built and feels more durable and robust, has less demanding maintenance requirements, incurs lower monthly costs, and is faster to charge, and offers comparable battery performance, and comes with much more advanced automation features, such as no-go zones as well as the ability to pick certain rooms to be cleaned.
