I'm sure Emma is happy to be free of Hook but I can't think she'll ever get over her love for Hook. She's planning to leave for New York but is afraid of the love of her life and happiness. She's convinced that Killian was a victim of her fear. Is it worth taking the risk?

It is revealed that Emma's family was keeping things from her. When she returns to her home, she discovers that someone left her the magical canonizing ring that protects people from being cursed magically. There is also a knife inside.

The episode is quite good However, I'm not convinced that the novelty is worth the trouble. If you're only interested in the mythical 'Hat Trick' this isn't for you.
